MESSAGE FROM AILEEN:

I dedicate this event in memory of my mother, Iluminada Bicol, who 4 years ago passed away with Multiple Myeloma, cancer of the bone marrow. She was not a person with cancer, she was a mother, a wife, a sister and a friend to many. This is our family’s way of thanking the many doctors, nurses, and for the dedication of the BC cancer agency and the commitment of BC Cancer Foundation in their support of research programs and patient care systems in BC. Thank you all for participating in this event, together we can help patients and families living with cancer now and through your support, we can be one step closer to a future free of cancer.
